CrossFit WOD Classes

Ready to try CrossFit?

WOD classes are high-intensity instructor led group classes. They utilize traditional CrossFit methodology, and include movements from all modalities (Olympic lifts, powerlifting, gymnastics, plyometrics, monostructural and mobility). WODs are scalable to all fitness levels and age groups, but in order to attend, CrossFit Hillcrest athletes new to CrossFit must have completed our four Fundamentals sessions with a personal Trainer.

  1. Free Intro

    If you’ve never heard of CrossFit, or if you’ve heard of it but you’re not quite sure it’s for you, we invite you to attend our weekly free Workout of the Day (WOD) held every Saturday morning at 10:30am. Meet our trainers, talk with our members, participate in a group WOD – get a feel for what CrossFit is and how it can help you achieve your health and fitness goals.If you can’t make Saturday mornings, you can drop in on a regular class for free and we’ll modify the workout for you. Ready to check us out?

  2. Sign Up for Fundamentals

    For those new to CrossFit, we require you to complete 4 Fundamentals sessions with one of our personal trainers to learn the core functional movements and Olympic lifts utilized in CrossFit workouts. The Fundamentals sessions will provide you with a sound foundation for safely and effectively participating in these classes. If you are ready to start, just call or email us, and one of our amazing, awesome trainers will contact you to schedule your sessions. Please let us know if you plan on doing morning or evening classes, as that will help us pair you up with a trainer on a similar schedule.

  3. Choose a Membership

    Once you’ve completed your Fundamentals sessions, choose a membership that works for you and your trainer will sign you up. Please see our pricing page for membership options.

  4. Workout of the Day (WOD) Classes

    That’s it, you’re now ready to join the WOD classes. Check out our Schedule and sign up using the ‘RSVP’ tab on the left side of the screen if you are on a desktop or the ‘RSVP’ button at the top of your screen if you are mobile.
